We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here's everything you need to know about cancelling orders and returning items.

Order Cancellation

Before Shipping Only

Cancellation Window

You can cancel your order only before it has been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Processing Time

Cancelled orders are processed immediately. Refunds are initiated within 24 hours of cancellation.

Important Note

Once your order status changes to "Shipped" or "In Transit", the cancellation button will be automatically removed from your order details.

How to Cancel:

  1. Go to your order details page
  2. Click the "Cancel Order" button
  3. Confirm your cancellation
  4. You'll receive a confirmation email

Returns & Replacements

Within 3 Days of Delivery

Return Window

You can request a return or replacement within 3 days of delivery. This window cannot be extended.

Item Condition

Items must be in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact for returns/replacements.

Eligibility

Only delivered orders are eligible for returns/replacements. Processing and shipped orders cannot be returned.

How to Return/Replace:

  1. Go to your order details page
  2. Click "Return Item" or "Replace Item"
  3. Select your reason from the options
  4. Submit your request
  5. We'll send pickup instructions

Important Terms

Final Sale Items: Some items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Custom Orders: Made-to-order or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

Worn Items: Items showing signs of wear or use cannot be returned.
